Q. Where are we located?

A.  We are located at the Oak Bay Marina ,Slip L5

     1327 Beach Drive Victoria B.C.

Q. How do I make a reservation?

A. Click the red Email Icon and let us know what date             and tour you were thinking of and we will get right           back to you. Please include your Phone number.

Q. What is your reservation policy?

A.  We ask that you provide a Credit Card number                    when completing the booking.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A.  We require 24 hours notice to cancel a reservation.

​

Q. Who can come on these trips?

A.  Safety is the number one factor when we consider 

      this.

Q. Infants    

A. We do not have lifejackets for children                               under 5 years of age.

Q. Pregnant

A. This is a personal decision , we do not

     recommend it.

 

Q. Pets      

A. as much as we like dogs they usually 

    create a disturbance around wildlife.

Q. Mobility Issues

A. Our boat is not wheelchair accessible.

     We do have a unique platform on our boat                         that allows persons with mobility issues to

     get on and off the boat quite easily.
